One of my daughter’s and my favorite stores for trendy streetware and trainers that are sourced outside of the usual “high street” norms. Sales also are excellent. More importantly EXCELLENT service online, and offline courtesy of Prince and “King”. Thank you for your usual help and always a pleasure.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The absolute worst online retailer experience in Dubai - and they take ZERO accountability for any of it. I bought a pair of sneakers that turned out to be men's - they have no labelling whatsoever - they tell you it's their 'general footwear' - that's their explanation. Instead of acknowledging how that's a problem for online buyers. I try to return it. I email twice, thursday and friday. No answer. I call Sunday - oh we cant reply to you til monday. Okay. On monday, they tell me they have no return because it has a part discount on it. Their return policy, which I read before I bought - says NOTHING. You have to go through their entire page of terms, at the bottom it has a line about sale items. They also take no accountability - like when someone checks Return Policy, they just check the policy, they don't go reading the rest of the fine print on the page. I email back and forth with them - they keep claiming they are giving me options - they don't call back, they don't offer options, they don't take any accountability for the poorly placed information for the product and for their returns.
To me, this is what I would categorise as 'make it so hard so customers don't get their money back' - its a purposefully designed. I will give them zero stars and provide feedback for all customers to be aware. Nobody needs this.
This is my all time favorite cafe. All the baristas there are like family, and always get my patches perfectly creamy. Always get your matcha done by Estella ✌️✌️✌️

Really enjoy coming here because of the fact that they serve the best coffee from around the world from Tim Wendelboe to La Cabra and Nomad. Also love the positive handwritten cheer me up notes on each cup. Baristas are super friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee. Cant recommend this place enough!! Truly a great experience. The peruvian v60 brewed by stella is really great. It is recommendable to someone who wants to enjoy low acidity coffees. Had try their signature strawberry matcha ice latte 🙏🏻 geezzz heavenly delicious. The sweetness of strawberry and the unique taste of matcha is something i never thought would match! Great!! Going to visit again soon❤️
The staff is incredibly friendly , the coffee is absolutely delightful, and the new menu is fantastic, especially the pizza.

I come here every morning to the D3 branch, and it is literally the best part of my day. Before I go to work, I stop by—not just because of their amazing coffee (which, by the way, is incredible). I love their Frame Iced and Hot, their Hibiscus Iced Tea, and have been enjoying the Curry Pan pastry.
One of the reasons I love coming here is the team. I love seeing Estela Maria🤍🤍 Benz 🤍, and everyone else in the team—Lawrence, Mark, Irene, and more.

Had a very refreshing iced hibiscus tea. Which according to the very accommodating staff - Stella, was brewed by themselves for a whole day. Definitely one of the best if not the best in Dubai I have ever tasted. Delish even without honey or sugar syrup in it. Ambiance is very cozy. Will surely be back.

We were back again at the Frame coffee shop. Still, it doesn’t disappoint. From the friendly staffs, special mention to Mark who was very helpful & accommodating, to the vibe and the sumptuous korean egg omelette sandwich. The iced frame latte deserves a separate mention. It’s sooo good.
Was my first trip in Dubai and I knew this shop online for fusing skateboard culture with coffee and Japanese Ramin before I came here frm Riyadh. I have to say it did impress me with all it could offer and what I had from it, its sandwiches, espresso, skateboard decks, trucks and jazz pop fusion style BGM, and Ramin. Servers there are also friendly and professional.
Just simply cannot find a place more catching to an working man, skater and noodle lover....
Hope there can be some similar skateparks and shops in Riyadh one day so I can enjoy🤣

Today I have been visited Selectshop FRAME in the Design District . I have been impressed about the concept of the shop. They have very cozy place not only to shop for different styles from casual to street wear styles for both men and women. But as well to spend a nice time to take a cool drinks or to have a lunch break while shopping 🛍️.
Customer service is amazing, Prince been very helpful to show and explain about the products . Benz and the manager of the coffee shop helped us to choose delicious cool drinks, describing all the details in each cocktails. You will love the place as it is special in every aspect.

My favorite go-to place for relaxing, working or shopping! I always get their matcha drinks and the matcha ice cream which is sooo good 🤍 Benz and Mark always provide exceptional service when I visit, will definitely be coming back often!

Run with zero customer service in mind, bad & misleading instagram marketing, and the staff are unprofessional they get to shout & passively push. If you’re after shoes check Flight Club or GOAT. Other options for Skateboarding Stuff “Rage”, “Evolve”, “Adventure HQ” or “Saturday” in Abu Dhabi.
Instead of solving the issue, they blocked me on instagram, This shows how unprofessional they are. These shops don't like to be criticized and seem to prefer that people risk heat stroke just to get a sneaker, just be civilized and do a raffle .
